The Bengals said that they would release a practice squad list of 8 players tomorrow. The players must clear waivers in the next 24 hours to be considered. At this point, those on waivers can now be picked up by other teams. Colin Cochart, Nick Hayden, and Roddrick Muckelroy are the only players that will not be eligible for practice squad signing.
